Detta didn't have a job, other than being a hunter. But it seemed in these parts that wasn't something you openly advertised. It seemed as though there were far more immortals than humans, or hunters in these parts. Detta liked her skin attached to her body, thus she kept her talents, and her last name hidden from the world. The beautiful Russian didn't want to end up dead like the rest of her family, so for now, she would stick to petty thievery to survive. If she happened to get into a bind, she could then pull out her hunter talents to save her ass. Detta had been making her rounds at the local casino ever so often. The casino was filled with easy marks, men whose eyes lingered too much on the flesh to notice their wale ts were missing. The slinky, small, and very thing Russian girl made her way about the tables, pretending to play cards for a while, before removing the valuables from the men who seemed fascinated by her.
Detta decided that it was getting rather late, and this next table full of marks would be her last. Sure she was mildly ashamed of such lowly tactics, especially with a family heritage like hers. But a girl had to survive and thanks to the foolishness of her mother, she was left to fend on her own. Detta had found out sometime after the terrible murders of her mother and father, that her mother had allowed herself to get a little too close to a vampire. And in typical blood sucker retaliation, he destroyed her husband to have her. But what the vampire hadn't expected was for his lover to stake him, and then be brought to her knees by one of his own kin. The whole thing was a mess, and Detta had been lucky to survive. Whether she had escaped or had been spared she did not know, but it was a mute point. Detta smiled at the table as she took a seat, the slinky black dress that clinged to her frame sliding up ever so slightly.
She let her beautiful, and stunning eyes land on the man to her left. He was rather tattooed, something her eyes were enjoying taking in. She smiled at him as the game began, and as it continued she managed to take some things from him. Detta pretended to look at the time, before politely excusing herself from the table due to the time. What Detta hadn't expected was for the man to her left to follow her, and confront her in the lobby.
