First thing that is needed to be known is that all sins and virtues are pure-bloods, no questions asked. Every race has their 'leaders' which are made of the seven sins or virtues that go along with each race. The leaders of the vampires call themselves Elders, the leaders of the werewolves call themselves Alphas, the leaders of the angels call themselves the Order, the leaders of the demons call themselves the Sadists. The Alphas and Elders pass their sin along to their oldest child when they reach the age of thirteen. If the parent dies before the child turns thirteen, the child obtains the sin, but it doesn't become active until the child's thirteenth birthday. You can say it's kind of like hitting puberty. Of course, all Alphas and Elders must be either a sin or have had a sin and have passed it onto their child. When to comes to the Order and the Sadists, they simply pass on their virtue to whoever they feel deserves it the most. You're probably thinking, "Why the hell do demons have virtues?" Well, listen here, young one. It's because in the beginning of the war, the Angels created the seven virtues to fight the forces of evil, but demons stole them before the angels could use them. Thus the angels making a second and bada-bing, bada-boom. aging. Obviously none of these supernatural beings age the same as humans do, oh no. When it comes down to it, angels and demons age in the same manner. From 0-16 years they age like a human would. After that, they can age as fast or as slow as they wish (but be reasonable - no creature would be eighty in two days). Death does not come to an angel unless it is a demon that kills them and a demon cannot die unless it is an angel that kills them. It's a little bit different for vampires and werewolves. Though they both age in the same manner, they age very, very slowly until eventually and will turn to ash and dust. However, early death can come at the hands of any race. hybrids. Before the details, there needs to be one thing that needs to be put out into the open, hybrids are stronger than pure-bloods, seeing as they had two types of blood in them. This is excluded if human blood is involved, then the hybris is weaker. If your character is a hybrid, please recognize that their parents are either killed or exiled by the Elders, the Alphas, the Order or the Sadists. Breeding with a different race is severely forbidden. angels. Angels are basically the police of the supernatural world; they watch over everything and make sure that the vampires and werewolves are only feeding when needed. They also try as hard as they can to make sure that no opposite races breed with one another, though lately it has got a bit out of hand. When it comes to down to angels and their abilities, it's split between virtues, pure-bloods and hybrids. When Angels have a virtue, they can go up to heaven whenever they wish to, are able to bring up people who's time isn't exactly up (when they are just simply purebloods they can not do either of these things) and they can fly and have bird-like wings when the wish to fly. Straight purebloods also have bird-like wings and can fly whenever they wish. However, when it comes to being a hybrid, they can not do most of the things that purebloods or virtues can. They do not get their wings until they are about fifteen and the process is very, very painful and sometimes causes death (this is especially if it is half human). When they do get their wings, the represent the beings health and appearance. For example, a very skinny person would have very thin wings and all hybrid angel wings are ash grey, not snow white. Also, an angel doesn't have to be born an angel, they could have possibly died and were sent to heaven. If that's the case, then it could be possibly for them to become a virtue as well. demons. Obviously demons are just the opposite of angels when it comes to where the virtues can take people before their time is up. Of course, they can go to hell whenever they wish and can take people to hell before their time is up (purebloods can not do this). Demons also have dark, bat-like wings that they get whether they are a virtue or not. Hybrid demons are a lot like angel hybrids in the way that they get their wings at the age of fifteen and that it's very painful. Many human/demon hybrids have died because of the immense pain. The hybrid demon's wings are also lighter than pure-bloods and are effected by the beings heath and appearance. Also, demons don't have be born, they can have been a human who died and had been sent to tell. If that's the case, they can also become a virtue, if they seem best fit for it. vampires. First off, and probably most important, vampires with sins, as well as any type of hybrid vampire, can walk in the sun. Purebloods can walk in the sun but will only last an hour before they start feeling fatigued and eventually will pass out and start to burn from the inside out. Sins can bite a human for blood and be able to both not kill them or turn them into a vampire. Unfortunately, purebloods have to either kill or turn their victims and, well...hybrids just kill them when they bite their victims. All sins can shapeshift into any human or living thing whereas purebloods, as clicha as it may sound, can only shapeshift into a bat. Hybrids aren't so lucky, they can't shapeshift into anything. All vampires, no matter if they are sin, pureblood or hybrid, suffer from extreme blood lust; though only virtues and purebloods actually need it, hyrbids still have the unmistakable urge to kill and taste fresh blood. werewolves. In a lot of ways, the werewolves are a lot like the vampires, as much as they hate to admit it. Werewolves with a sin are able to change into their werewolf state as often as they like and they can control it. Purebloods only change on the full moon and lose all control of their senses. In short, they go bat shit insane. Hybrids only change one every second full moon and they also go bat shit insane. However, all werewolves have the strength of their wolf form, even when they are just in their human form. Their fur also reflects their natural hair color - blond haired person is a blond furred werewolf. Whenever a sin attacks a human, they have the choice to either kill it, turn it or just leave it passed out until it waske up, as if nothing had happened. However, seeing as werewolves don't suck blood, they dismember people, the option of killing is usually there. However, pureblood can only either kill it or turn it and hybrids just kill it. Lastly, days before the full moon all werewolves start to act differently: paranoia, heightened awareness, eating habits animalized, possessive, but it's different for everyone. This is mostly prominent in werewolf hybrids with human blood.[/style][/style] |
